It’s time to stop feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and it’s time to start feeling clear-headed, competent, and confident.

Hi, I’m Jessica!

I help therapists build private practices that give them the freedom they’re looking for—with the support they need to get there.

Through consultations, courses, and video tutorials, I guide you step by step through launching your practice and getting credentialed with Hawaii-based insurance plans—so you can move forward with confidence instead of anxiety. My approach is grounded in real experience, from building and credentialing my own practice to helping other therapists do the same.

Many therapists spend hundreds or thousands on credentialing services, only to end up doing much of the work themselves. If you’re going to be involved anyway, I’ll show you how to do it right from the start.

My courses also simplify the process by providing the applications, contacts, and guidance you need to get started. And because every situation is different, I offer a warm, personalized approach tailored to your goals.

I am dedicated to simplifying the private practice process and insurance credentialing process for Hawaii-based therapists just like you.

I’ll help you overcome that stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that is keeping you stuck so that you can confidently and competently set up your private practice with Hawaii-based insurance plans.

Helping Therapists Build Profitable, Sustainable Practices in Hawai‘i

My experience in setting up my private practice and credentialing myself with about 15 insurance plans means I have the expertise you need and deserve to create a profitable private practice in Hawaii (even with being about 95% insurance-based, I take about 6-7 weeks off per year, attend all of my children’s events, and still earn six figures per year to do what I love).

But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be an insurance-based therapist in private practice in Hawaii.

I get it because I have devoted my career to not only working with clients, but also to helping countless therapists through their private practice journeys in Hawaii. Since I am still in private practice as well, I am able to stay up-to-date with insurance-related changes, including insurance reimbursement rates.

I know that you are doing everything you can right now, but you just can’t seem to get out of your overwhelm. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
